Rahul Monga - RDA Coordinator
Rahul Monga brings a unique blend of international dental training and Canadian clinical experience to his role at Heritage Lane Dental. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Science in India in 2004, building a strong foundation in oral health, patient care, and dentistry. After moving to Canada, Rahul became a board-certified dental assistant in 2016, continuing to grow his skills and adapt his expertise to Canadian standards of care.
Committed to professional development, Rahul completed coursework equivalencies in 2018 to become qualified to register as a dentist, reflecting his dedication to advancing within the profession. He also expanded his clinical knowledge by completing an orthodontic module at Columbia College in 2020, strengthening his ability to support patients and the dental team in orthodontic care and related procedures. Rahul is known for his thoughtful approach, strong attention to detail, and passion for helping others feel comfortable and confident in a dental setting.
Beyond the clinic, Rahul is also passionate about mentorship and education. He helps internationally trained dental assistants prepare for their equivalency exams and supports foreign-trained dentists through online courses, study groups, and educational videos—sharing resources that make the transition into Canadian dentistry more approachable.
When he’s not working, Rahul enjoys playing board games with his family, long-distance biking, and reading.
