Maia Sanjad is a Receptionist at Heritage Lane Dental, where she helps patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported from the moment they walk through the door. She coordinates appointments, answers questions, and keeps communication flowing smoothly between patients and the dental team to ensure each visit runs seamlessly.
Maia holds a Biology degree from MacEwan University and has a strong passion for healthcare and patient support. She enjoys working at the front desk because it blends what she loves most: organization, clear communication, and caring for people.
As the first point of contact, Maia focuses on setting a positive and calming tone for every appointment. She understands that dental visits can feel stressful, so she takes a patient, reassuring, and thoughtful approach—making sure patients feel heard, respected, and confident they’re in good hands. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and her ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure, Maia is committed to creating a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient.
Outside of the clinic, Maia enjoys staying active, baking, and spending time with her dog. She also loves discovering new coffee spots and exploring different cuisines.
