Ishpreet T. - RDA
Ishpreet Kaur Toor is a Registered Dental Assistant at Heritage Lane Dental, where she supports the clinical team in providing safe, efficient, and compassionate care. She prepares patients and instruments, assists during procedures, and helps maintain a sterile, organized treatment environment so each appointment runs smoothly and comfortably.
Ishpreet brings a strong healthcare background to dentistry. Before entering the dental field, she worked as a Health Care Aide for four years at Edmonton General Hospital with Covenant Health, after completing her certificate and diploma at NorQuest College. She later completed the Registered Dental Assistant program at CDI College, balancing work alongside her studies. After graduating, she joined Heritage Lane Dental as an RDA, where she continues to grow her skills and contribute to a supportive patient experience.
What Ishpreet loves most about her work is helping patients through moments when they may feel anxious or uncomfortable—and turning those visits into a positive experience. She focuses on being calm, attentive, and compassionate, while keeping patients informed throughout their care. Her goal is for every patient to feel welcomed, respected, and confident that they’re in capable hands.
Known for her patient-care and communication skills, attention to detail and infection control, and her ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced settings, Ishpreet is also passionate about continuous learning. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places and cafés. A fun fact: she loves trying different cuisines—especially Indian and Mexican food.
