Dr. Nicole McDonald - DDS
Dr. Nicole McDonald is an Associate Dentist at Heritage Lane Dental, providing comprehensive general dentistry while helping patients feel comfortable and confident at every visit. She is committed to creating a positive, supportive experience for patients of all ages and believes great dentistry starts with listening and clear communication.
Dr. McDonald earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2019, then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Alberta in 2023. Over the past few years, she has been practicing in Edmonton, which she’s proud to call home.
What Dr. McDonald enjoys most is helping patients feel confident in their smiles and empowered to make informed decisions about their oral health. She strives to ensure every patient feels heard, cared for, and supported—whether they’re coming in for a routine checkup or a more involved treatment. Her clinical interests include crowns, fillings, extractions, and family dentistry for children of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and patient education.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. McDonald enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, playing piano, and watching movies. She is fluent in English and French, and she shares her home with two dogs, Clark and Kara.
